How to use UsefulRest
To set the mode of work and rest
Based on the kind of work you do on the computer, you can choose the mode of work and rest that best fits your style:
- "Breaks and MicroPauses" - If you constantly are on the computer and work much on the keyboard and with the mouse, this mode of work and rest is for you. It provides short breaks at small intervals of time (MicroPauses), allowing rest for your hands, back and eyes. It also allows more complete rest to relieve common stress, which results in deterioration of health and sight, through longer rest intervals (Breaks).
- "Breaks Only" - This mode of work and rest will suit you, if you are constantly at the computer but work with the keyboard and mouse less often.
- "MicroPauses Only" - If you constantly are on the computer and work much on the keyboard and with the mouse, you may decide that only taking short breaks will suffice. Then select this mode of work and rest.
