How to use UsefulRest
To enable/disable UsefulRest
Although it is not recommended, you can temporarily disable UsefulRest to finish very urgent work without interruption. It is recommended you do not do this frequently, as it is easy to forget that the protection of your health is turned off.
At some the security levels this feature can be turned off.
