How to use UsefulRest

If it is necessary, you can start a break immediately.

To start a break immediately

1. Right-click the UsefulRest icon in the notification area (sometimes called the "system tray") at the far right end of the taskbar:

   

   (The notification area may also include icons for other notifications and the system clock.)

2. In the pop-up menu, click "Take a Break Now":
