How to use UsefulRest
Selecting sounds
You can associate a sound (file) with a warning about an upcoming break, with the beginning and ending of a Break and MicroPause, and with a rest period for something pleasant to listen to during a break.
To choose sounds or melodies
- Open the "Options" dialog box
Click here to learn how to do this. (A new window will open.)
- Click the "Sounds" tab
- Specify what sound or musical files you want to listen to
Click the "Enable" check box for that event/sound
- Click "Ok" button
Note: UsefulRest accepts Wave (*.wav) and Midi (*.mid, *.rmi, *.midi) files.
